Analysis of the situation and your needs

In a project for digital access to cultural information I can advise you in what the information system should be able to facilitate. Therefore I perform an information analysis. In this analysis questions are answered like:

• Which information is currently stored?
• Is this information correct and sufficient?
• How is information made available?
• How can standards be applied?

The analysis leads to an advise about how to handle and manage your information.

Design and specification

After the analysis I can provide a design for an information structure for the desired information system. A functional specification ("What should the system be able to do?") can be part of that. In consideration with the software-developer can be determined what technology should be used to realise the system.

Support to your project

During the implementation of an information system I can - independently - support the projectmanager in making (technological) choices. Besides that, I can support the communication with the software-developer.
